About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the I Believe...So Hypnotherapy website and to any adult client services provided by Klara Wilson through I Believe...So Hypnotherapy.

They cover the website, free 20-minute discovery or suitability calls, online hypnotherapy sessions, and any related written or audio materials that are expressly provided to you for your personal use.

By using this website, requesting a call, or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book services.

Adult Use and Suitability

This service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By booking or using the service, you confirm that you are an adult.

I Believe...So Hypnotherapy is a specialist service for adults seeking support in relation to IBS or disorders of gut-brain interaction. It is not a general hypnotherapy, crisis, emergency, or diagnostic service.

I may decline, pause, or stop work where the service appears unsuitable, where urgent medical or mental health support is needed, where the issue falls outside scope, or where safe and respectful working boundaries are not maintained.

Free 20-Minute Discovery / Suitability Calls

A free 20-minute discovery or suitability call may be offered to help you decide whether the service is an appropriate fit. These calls are subject to availability and are intended as an initial fit conversation only.

The call is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or personalised medical advice. It does not create a guarantee that ongoing work will be offered or that the service will be appropriate for you.

Please keep any booking information accurate and avoid sharing unnecessary medical detail in booking notes.

Online Service Delivery

Services are delivered online. Support may include gut-directed hypnotherapy, CBH-informed therapeutic work, and a structured programme and/or individual sessions, depending on fit and what is agreed with you.

You are responsible for joining sessions from a private, safe, and suitable environment with a stable internet connection and for checking your own timezone correctly when booking.

Session content, pace, and suitability remain subject to professional judgement and safe-practice boundaries.

Fees, Booking, and Changes

The free discovery or suitability call is offered without charge. Any fees for paid services, together with the relevant session structure, payment timing, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms, will be confirmed with you before you commit to paid work.

If you move forward with paid services, the booking and payment terms communicated to you at that point form part of these Terms.

If you need to rearrange an appointment, you should use the booking route or contact details provided in your booking communications as soon as possible.

Medical Boundary and No Guarantees

The website and services are educational and therapeutic in nature, but they are not medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care and they do not replace appropriate medical support.

No cure, treatment outcome, or symptom-improvement guarantee is made. Results vary from person to person, and your progress will depend on many factors, including matters outside my control.

You remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions, including seeking medical advice, investigation, and treatment where appropriate.

Hypnosis and Materials

If hypnosis audio, recordings, handouts, or other materials are provided, they are for your personal use only unless I agree otherwise in writing.

You must not share, copy, sell, publish, record, distribute, or commercially exploit those materials or any part of the website content without prior written permission.

Never use hypnosis audio while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.

Intellectual Property

All website copy, branding, materials, and content made available through I Believe...So Hypnotherapy remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
